Why We Exist

Built Around 3 Broken Pieces of Healthcare

PCPs Deserve Follow-Through

You send referrals into a void — chasing records, never hearing back. Provider Plexus closes the loop.

Your patient is seen within hours, and you receive detailed and helpful recommendations.

Patients Need Faster, Simpler Access

Months-long waits and referral dead-ends keep your patients from the care they need.

We built a straightforward path to a specialist — send them our way and they'll be seen quickly.

Specialists Who Show Up

Our physicians choose this model because they want to practice medicine, not push paperwork.

That means your patients get unhurried, focused attention from a physician who's fully engaged.

Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes — telehealth has been shown to deliver equivalent diagnostic accuracy and treatment outcomes across multiple specialties. Research supports its effectiveness for neurology, nephrology, endocrinology, cardiology, rheumatology, and many other fields. Much of specialist care involves reviewing lab results, imaging, and patient history, adjusting medications, and coordinating treatment plans — all of which translate seamlessly to a video visit. For conditions requiring a hands-on exam or procedure, your specialist will coordinate an in-person visit as needed.

All you need is a smartphone, tablet, or computer with a camera and internet connection. There is no special equipment to purchase and no software to install. If you can make a video call, you can see a neurologist through Provider Plexus. Our platform works directly in your web browser.

Teleneurology is effective for the majority of neurological conditions including:

  • Migraines and chronic headaches
  • Seizures and epilepsy management
  • Neuropathy (numbness, tingling, nerve pain)
  • Movement disorders like Parkinson's disease and essential tremor
  • Multiple sclerosis monitoring
  • Cognitive and memory concerns
  • Vertigo and balance disorders
  • Chronic back and neck pain
  • Post-stroke follow-up care

The American Academy of Neurology endorses teleneurology for these and many other conditions.

A new patient consultation is $300 and includes a 45-minute video visit with a board-certified neurologist plus one month of unlimited follow-up messaging. Follow-up visits are $150 and include a 25-minute video consultation plus one month of messaging. We provide superbills for insurance reimbursement, and most patients receive approximately 70% back from their insurance company.

Provider Plexus operates on a cash-pay model with insurance reimbursement. You pay upfront at the time of your visit, and we provide a superbill (detailed receipt) that you submit to your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement. Most patients receive approximately 70% of the visit cost back from their insurer. This model allows us to keep wait times short and visits unhurried.

Simply direct your patient to our website. No referral forms, no prior authorization, no faxes. Your patient books online, sees a neurologist within hours, and you receive a consultation note afterward.

After your patient's consultation, you'll receive a detailed note with our neurologist's findings, diagnosis, and treatment recommendations. This keeps you in the loop and ensures continuity of care — no chasing records, no faxing requests. We send the information to you.
