By accessing or using the Neuro Direct Virtual Care platform at neurodirectcare.com (the "Service"), operated by Codontix, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Neuro Direct Virtual Care is a telehealth platform that connects patients with board-certified neurologists for virtual consultations. The Service includes patient intake, medical history collection, video visits, and related clinical workflows.
You must be at least 18 years of age and located in a U.S. state where our providers are licensed to use this Service. By registering, you represent that you meet these requirements.
To use the Service, you must provide a valid U.S. mobile phone number and verify it via a one-time SMS code. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under your account.
By providing your phone number and proceeding with registration, you consent to receive a one-time SMS verification code. Message and data rates may apply. We may also send visit-related SMS notifications (e.g., provider ready alerts). You may opt out of non-essential messages at any time.
The Service is not intended for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately.
The Service facilitates virtual consultations with licensed neurologists. All medical advice, diagnoses, and treatment recommendations are provided by the treating physician, not by the platform. The physician-patient relationship is established between you and the provider, not with Codontix, LLC.
Visit fees are displayed before payment and processed via Stripe. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Insurance eligibility checks are provided as a convenience and do not guarantee coverage.
All content, software, and design elements of the Service are the property of Codontix, LLC and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Codontix, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may stop using the Service at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
