Do I have to accept every matching consult?

No. Your populations determine which consults reach you. You can review each matching request before accepting.

How does payment work?

Network access and curbside questions are free, with no subscription. Curbside answers do not earn a per-answer payment. Formal chart reviews cost patients $60 across the network; full consultations are priced separately. We discuss specialist compensation for formal care during onboarding.

What practitioner opportunities can I explore?

We share opportunities in clinical trials, private-pay patient care, and technology collaborations as they become available. Tell us your clinical and research interests. You choose what to pursue, with participation depending on each program’s requirements and clinical fit.

How do I get started?

We will walk you through the population builder and discuss coverage, onboarding, and payment terms for formal chart reviews and full consultations.
